This problem happened twice already and I have no idea how I resolved it before, first time I simply waited until the next day, and last time I unplug and replug the power sw pin.
So I turned off my PC at night using windows and when the monitor turned off, the pc was still running, all LED and fans were still running. This happens some times, but not all the times. However when it does happen, I cannot turn the pc off unless i switch the psu off. The power button does not work when this happens. I am sure the pins are plugged in correctly and also sure the PSU is providing power. I havent sone anything to the PC but it occasionally become like this and I cannot turn it on anymore. No reaction and I cant turn it on using a screwdriver either.
