JLED1 and RGB header.

Are these and do these work the exact same? Or does a RGB header work better with RGB led strips and fans?

Well i have a mobo without a RGB header, and i thought that a RGB header and a JLED1 header was the same. Mobo is MSi 970 gaming

I looked at the manual but haven't seen JLED anywhere. Anyway, RGB headers have 4 pins. 1 pin for +12vDC and 3 negative for 3 colored LEDs, Red, Green and Blue. Any other LEDs work on 4vDC and need only 2 pins.
