Hey guys I have a Cintiq 22HD. I had this problem before I got it repaired last week which has lead me to believe it might be my motherboard rejecting parts of it.
Motherboard is a MSI Gaming Pro carbon Z170a
Basically I always get the USB malfunction error code 43 when I plug it in.. it would randomly work but then it would stop when I restart or put the computer to sleep... I’ve tried almost everything. Reinstalled drivers, got drivers from manufacturers etc. the cintiq monitor however still works and still responds to my touch. The USB part just doesn’t work and I can’t use my pen on it.. it feels like my Cintiq is too powerful for the USB ports or something, as any other USB device still works with it.. only happens to my cintiq.
