Strange RAM usage issue

Hey!
So I have a RAM issue for a couple of days now. At some point I noticed my PC slowing down a lot, I opened task manager and was surprised to see 96% RAM usage!?!
The strange part is, the math does not add up. The highest process is ~180mb, everything added up there is about 2gb / 16gb used... so nothing near 90%.

My first thought was 1 of my 2 4gb RAM modules must be busted, but even if, then i guess 4gb (1bar) + 2gb (what is used by the system) it should show something like 55-60% used, not +90%.

While writing this i had to restart my pc because it even my mouse cursor was lagging over the screen at this point.
Now after booting up the usage is "normal" at around 20%, but it feels like it just builds up and up from boot on.

Here are a couple of screenshots of what is running and what my system looks like.

My system:
Windows 10
MoBo: AsRock z97xKiller
CPU: i7 4770k @4.2ghz
Cool: Corsair Hydro H100i
Ram: 16gb - GSkill CL7 @1600mhz
GPU: GTX1080
SSD: Corsair 512gb
HDD: Seagate Baracude 4TB / Samsung 2TB

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Steve.

OK, here it is. "Non-paged pool" 5Gb. Just like I thought. The non-paged pool is a section of kernel memory which is reserved for code and data that must be in physical memory at all times. If the non-paged pool has grown dramatically (it should not be more than a few hundred megabytes) and clears up after a reboot this indicates that one of your device drivers is probably leaking memory.

Get a full drivers update. I recommend downloading offline frivers pack like SDI Full. It's a huge 14Gb torrent but it has all up-to-date drivers for nearly any device on the market.

When you run the application, tick the boxes like it's shown on a screenshot, click on 'Select ALL' and 'Install'

Tell me if you need more guidance...

Ok, so that took forever... downloading 19gb of file when you only have 2seeds AND you have to reboot your pc every 45-60min because RAM is at 100%... not fun at all :D

Very good software btw!
Both my LAN, Chipset and some Misc Bus got updated. https://imgur.com/lQkC8JQ
After reboot i let a couple of things run while i browsed around a bit for 45min and the RAM stayed at around 15% (N-P Pool ~200mb).
Then I ran Prime95 and stressed the RAM with full 16gb for 15min and as soon as it stoped all went back down. Also during the stress test the Non-paged pool didnt go higher than ~200mb
