A-12 9800 temperatures

I have an A-12 9800 (AM4) with an Arock AB350m Pro4, default settings. The CPU temperature with stock cooler reaches more than 80 °C when i gaming for about two minutes and the PC reboots. The last one when i was writing this post. I have touched the heatsink and it is very hot. I changed the thermal paste and the temperatures are the same. It is normal? What are the normal full tempertatures for this CPU?

Yes, i use the stock cooler. With the stock paste that come with the heatsink also the temperatures was very high. The heatsink seems correctly installed, i have removed it and reinstall for about three times. The voltage is near 1.5 V at 4 GHz (default OC), is it OK?
