Splitting off internet access with 2 different businesses on same LAN

I have 2 internet connections on the same LAN. There are 2 businesses in the same building each with their own internet connection. These 2 businesses are all networked together so they can share files. There are a total of 7 computers (3 in one business and 4 in the other). I want the business with 3 computers to be using internet from 1 provider and the business with 4 computers to be using the other internet. I still want all computers to talk to each other though. I also have a simple file server which all computers need to access. I assume I would create a static route through one of the routers but am not familiar with that process. I have attached a link to a crude topology to hopefully display what the current setup is. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

That was what I was unclear on if you have 1 or 2 subnets.

Put them all on say 192.168.2.x. Set the second router to 192.168.2.200 (or another unused address). Then manual put the gateway in each pc so they use the proper internet. You could if you want leave the dhcp on the 192.168.2.1 router and only set the machines that use 192.168.2.200 manually.
For some reason I having issues seeing details on your diagram.

Without commercial routers you likely can not easily do what you want. Most consumer routers do not have the ability to actually route addresses or run mulitple subnets.

With that small number of machines the simple way to accomplish this is to put static ip on the machines and configure them manually to use the proper internet connection

I'm not sure why the diagram is not coming up readable for you as it does here when I click the link. I do have all computers currently set for the 192.168.2.1 gateway. I did try putting one of the computers on the 3.1 subnet and tested it with another computer on the 2.1 subnet. It was splitting the internet connection speed in half and still only going through 1 of the connections and I'm not sure why. My router (Netgear) actually does support static routes.

Bills setup is simple and works great when you can manually configure the devices.

If you ever get to a BYOD (bring your own device) setup or require more dynamic plug and play you will need commercial grade routers and switches and have VLANs and firewall rules. Basically have Building 1 VLAN, building 2 VLAN and then restrict building 2 VLAN from access to router 1 and vice versa.
