Looking to get into PC gaming but i don't know what parts to use.

I am looking to spend about 1k to 1.5k in a gaming computer. This build would have to include a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and a headset/mic because I don't have any. I'd like to play all sorts of games like overwatch, cs go, and some mobas. This is my first time building a computer so any advice helps as well. Thank you for the help

AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel 8th-gen i5-8400 is what I would build. (Intel 8th-gen is currently out of stock after it sold at shortly after launch Oct 5th)
