Upgrading my pc

Solution

It will depend on the game. And, in the case of your CPU, on whether or not you are on a busy server. Single player gaming will usually run smoother than multi-player gaming because of on how many other players the CPU has to maintain.

Games with high graphics detail will require the settings to be backed off a bit for smooth game play. Maybe medium. Games with low graphics demands (like CS:GO for example) will easily run at max settings.

I'm on kind of a budget at the moment as I probably would buy it and I want a lower power output card.
