Why wont my ethernet connect?

I've got a windows 10 machine and my family ;just installed an ethernet switch. Apparently it's working but I'm the only one where the ethernet doesn't seem to be detected by my computer, So far I've disabled my firewall, checked all my drivers and they were all up to date.

Well if there's no LAN entry like Realtek PCIe GBE Family controller or something, in device manager.

It's either disabled in the BIOS, there are no drivers installed for it. Or it's dead
