So, I'm having a very odd (To me) issue, I recently bought a Neewer NW-700 Professional Studio Broadcasting Recording Condenser Microphone and a InnoGear 1- Channel 48V Phantom Power Supply and up until this morning, they worked fine. This morning however, the microphone doesn't seem to work at all with the phantom power supply. The mic works fine without it, I don't think that I fried anything because the lights on the phantom power supply come on. Also it should be noted that Windows detects the microphone both on the phantom power and off of it. Any suggestions?

I've checked both the product documentation, and the product page and neither of them say anything about being a "Dynamic" mic. Also that doesn't seem to explain why the setup worked fine, then out of nowhere stopped working.

The only thing I can think of , is they sent you a defective unit with the on state being the off state. either way its not working for you, I have never heard of the company and generally tend to stick with companies i know , even though i will pay more. RMA, if you have all the latest drivers and its dead, it isnt worth messing with.
