usb port doesn't recognie any device, it does recognize my mouse when Im in bios setup but when in windows (7) it doesn't work

Go into Device Manager, check for anything with an error. Check for updated BIOS and re-install the chipset drivers and any USB drivers from the computer vendor support site.
