Cannot pull out HDD from OptiPlex 170L

I can't disconnect the Molex power connector from the Hard Disk. I've tried many methods, including trying to pry the thing out. I'm a bit stumped, so any help would be appreciated.

Those 4-pin molex power connectors can be real blighters to pull off, but I've never had to resort to using a grip tool on them.

Firm rocking from side to side whilst pulling hard on the connector has always worked for me.
