So i have been experimenting around with Throttlestop lately and I seem to have ticked the Speedshift feature on. Since then my laptop has been acting weird even if i do a full restart and the app is not running, the CPU is going down to extremely low frequencies in-game to as low as 300mhz. Currently I am doing a System Restore to see if this fixes anything but what could be wrong? The only game that made the cpu throttlebwas GTA 5 since it is very CPU intensive but now even on DOTA 2 or Osu, this happens
