I managed to grab an Intel Server System S2600GL4 Motherboard (https://ark.intel.com/products/56254) and 2x Xeon E5-2640 processors for it. I was planning to attach a Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 4GB graphics card to it as well (please let me know if there's a reason why I shouldn't/can't), to have a hybrid gaming machine/machine for 24/7 programs, file hosting, etc.

However, I'm not sure what power supply I need, or more specifically, how to connect it.

The recommended power supply is a DPS 750xb A, which is a redundant power supply. The board requires a 2x25 Power Card Edge connector, and I'm not sure what this is, or how to connect the power supply. I see that the chassis this was designed for has a housing for the DPS 750 xb power supply, but I haven't been able to locate a cheap chassis for this, and I'm not sure how to even begin to search for the redundant PSU housing.

Is there any way to use a desktop PSU, or is there a way to find this PSU housing without the rest of the case?
Thanks!

These problems are why server motherboards in the used market are cheap. They are a pain to make work for the average Joe.
If you look at this picture of the power supply recommended -- http://www.pchub.com/uph/laptop/1320-159321-48694/Delta-Electronics-DPS-750XB-A-Server-Power-Supply.html You will see that the connector is built-into the power supply. I would say if you want to use that board (and I never recommend using a 2U server motherboard for anything at home), then you will have to buy that type of power supply.

If I were to buy that type of power supply, would I have to buy an original chassis in order to use it? Do I need the PSU Cage that is built onto the case, like in the R1304GL4DS9 chassis? Or can I buy 1 of these PSU's, plug it directly into the board somehow, and make a custom case for it?
Thank you for your response!
