I am looking to buy a gtx660 gigabyte 2gb vga card and i need to know that will it work on my MIG41R mobo. The another fact that i need to know is what type of pci e slot do it have. specially the generation of it.
Another thing is that it says gtx660 supports ddr5 but mine is ddr3 and the funny fact is when checked it using gpuz software it says ddr2. I don't know whether is it really ddr2. Can anyone help me with is matter too.. thank you!

First thing, PCIe generation are both backward and forward compatible so a PCIe 3 card will work just fine in a PCIe 2 slot.
Second, The DDR5 RAM refers to the video RAM on the GPU, not your system RAM.

The card will work fine as long as your mobo has a PCIe slot and your PSU can power it up. Only GTX 7xx to GTX 10xx could not be compatible as you would need an UEFI BIOS to run those.

I don't know, it's a dell motherboard so cannot look it up at the manufacture website. But you do need a minimum 450W PSU that have the right 6pin power connector. Usually on lower end Dell systems they only put in a 240-300W PSU. You need to check this first.

Cannot find info on this exactly but..

Going by the supported CPUs by that mobo, suggest that the mobo is from somewhere around 2009.

PCIe 2.0 was released in 2007
PCIe 2.1 was released in 2009
PCIe 3.0 was released in 2010

This suggest it's either PCIe 2.0 or 2.1
