So I was playing GTA 5 with a stable 60fps on Online. When I went to story mode, the game started stuttering and dropping below 40fps. I took a looksee at Global Wattman, and I noticed that the usage was spiking from 100 down to the 40s or even below that. Anyone have any idea what could be going on? I was thinking it might be my HDD, since I've been using it since 2014, but I have no idea if it would be causing this.
