CPU temperature too hot

Hi, my CPU temperature rises up to 90°C (or up to 100°C according to Real Temp) in a few minutes after startup. The motherboard temperature is fine, though.

I tried cleaning any possible dust with compressed air, without any positive result. But It was very unlikely that dust was the issue since It's a pretty new PC and I've kept It clean.

The CPU is Intel i7-7700k, the motherboard is Asus ROG strix z270f and the cooling Unity is NZXT Kraken x62.

Does anybody know if there could be another possible issue aside from a thermal paste issue?

Oh well, I was hoping that it had some solution that prevented me from having to send the PC to have it fixed, since if I try removing It I could risk warranty. Thank you anyway.

I was able to change the pump and seems to work fine, but now my computer gets a lot of BOSD and also some freezes, do you know if thats a Windows or a CPU issue? Thanks

There is any way to tell which one?
Also I've tried repairing startup but gave me error, trying to fix boot with fixmbr, whithout result, and restoring the system that also gave me error.

In case of BSOD, best way is to analyze mindump reports created by it. It often shows where to start looking. However, I have no tools nor knowledge to do so. You should post a new thread with this problem, preferably with links to mindumps copied to hosting server already included.

Well It seems that the BSOD are not appearing anymore after fixmrb and scanning the disk for errors. Now the main issue would be the random freezing, that are also less frequent.

Tanks for your answer, temperatures are fine, I've run Intel CPU test, memtest and chkdsk and everything ok. I even left It on for a couple of days with firefox running and no problem. But It still freezes when I run games or malwarebytes, a few minutes after the program starts. I have no clue why.
