4 core i3 vs 4 core i5

I3 8350k vs i5 7600
So how will each one of these deal in the games.

I am currently building a new pc.
In my area these 2 cpu cost around the same.
One have the hyper threading while the other one provides turbo boost.
So how will each of these will be performing in single,dual...core performance?

The 8350K does not have Hyperthreading and neither does the 7600

On paper it appears that the 8350K is a faster processor and I suspect this to be true due to the differences in cache size. But the difference won't be huge. The lack of Turbo boost on the 8350K is pretty much negated by its higher base frequency. The big kicker on core speed though is the overclocking capability on the 8350K while the 7600 cannot be overclocked. If you are not seeing differences in price then I would go with the 8350K.
