Hey, I've been running a AMD Radeon r9 380x which had two DVI ports, which is what I used both my monitors on. I've recently upgraded to the GIGABYTE NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 G1 GAMING which only has a DVI-D port, only allowing me to have 1 monitor to my Graphics card.

My problem is that my motherboard has a VGA port which doesn't seem to work for me. My monitors are both DVI (One of them also has VGA but neither work on the motherboard). I've tried looking around in the BIOS and other threads but no help. I'm also using a DVI-D to VGA adapter.

Specs:
Windows 10
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B350-Plus
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (Gigabyte)
RAM: 16GB (T-Force Nighthawk)

What can I do to get this to work, thanks!

Thanks for the answer, it all makes sense now and haven't realized that's how it worked. As my graphics card seems to only have a HDMI spare, would I be able to get a DVI to HDMI adapter and it would work? Thanks again!
