Which monitor is better? Both are 24" IPS Panel.

Hey guys, Which one would be better? I found a Dell P2414H used for $80 which is 1080p 8ms response time. Should i go for it? I also found a local company here on my end that's selling a 1440p 60hz 2ms response time with 1 year warranty for $120 usd. What do you guys think?

What's the model of the other monitor? What will this be used for? These are both cheap ips so color isn't going to be better but contrast possibly will be. I'd go with 1440p but I'd go with bigger than 24" with that res. Response times are overly exaggerated in importance. Thank marketing. The P2414H doesn't have ghosting issues even with 8ms.
