Okay I need to get some opinions on this one. I really want to get a liquid cpu cooler but I'm reading a lot about the pumps die or they end up leaking which really scares me if I'm about to drop about $2,000 on a new computer system. So far I believe the following cooler seems to be the best rated:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16835181060

Other than that one, I was initially going to get the Corsair H115i but the Corsair H105 seems to have the best ratings.

If I don't get liquid cooling and go with a traditional finned heat sink and fan, I was going to going to go with a Cryorig H5 Universal but I'm open to other suggestions.

Thank you,

Yes look at the 9th picture and the UD3H is a bit not as wide as standard AXT size you can see all 4 memory slots.
I now have all 4 slots filled without removing the cooler or scooting the fan up. You can also buy different color covers if that matters to you I bought the red.

The H7 and H5 Universal also have no memory clearance issues you can still see all 4 slots after their mounted.

Had water cooler and ditched it before any problems could come up. Replaced it with this nothing to fail but a fan, can not leak, and no memory clearance issues.

Thank you both. I'm definitely getting the R1 Universal and probably the green color mod for it. Doing a reactor/nuke type looking style with my custom build :)

Also, I really like the custom signatures I see a lot of people doing on Tom's Hardware. How did you format your signature with specs and then the CPU-Z validation jpe1701? I just looked at the link on your CPU-Z validation link and I think that is so cool!

I'll also probably be putting a pcpartpicker link on my signature at some point as well.
