My question is:
Is the Chieftec Smart 600W (GPS-600A8) PSU still worth buying in late 2017?
For 40€, I think the specs are very good but I don't like the fact that it is a PSU designed 4 years ago.
There are some newer Chieftec PSUs,
for example the 600W from the Eco (GPE-600S) series or the Element (ELP-600S) series, for almost the same price.
However, I don't see any differences in specifications. All of them have 85%+ ratings, only just that the Smart has more connectors than the other two (which is better).
So, is the Eco or the Element better in any ways than the Smart, are there any major differeces?
In MY country, these are the best low-price PSUs, so don't suggest me another ones.
