Hi guys, I completed a build a few months ago and have recently been experiencing issues. It started about a week ago when I would get ~three second display freezes. These would occur while gaming and even while watching videos on youtube. I could still hear sound in the background, so I decided to upgrade my nvidia drivers to the most up-to-date. I did a clean update with DDU as well. After doing so, my whole PC began to feel very sluggish. I am getting awful performance while gaming. Prior to my issues, I could run GTA V on max settings in 2k with an average fps of 100. Now I am getting drops to 10 fps with constant stutters. I even decided to do another clean driver install and revert back to old drivers. The issues still persist. My whole machine just feels laggy, even when using chrome to check my gmail or facebook. I am a bit lost of where to even begin debugging here. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
