So i've decided to oc my ryzen 3 1200, but was left pretty confused.
First of all when i tried increasing vcore the temps went through the roof. With just 1.21V the temperatures went from 48C(load) to 85C, all being on the stock cooler.
Being concerned with temps i tried overcloking withhout touching th vcore and right now im sitting at stable 3.8 ghz with stock 1.89 vcore and 70C.
So is my chip very good at OC or very bad?

Every chip is different with overclocking and some will be better than others. I would say that it generally isn't a very good idea to overclock without aftermarket cooling. AMD has historically over-reported their temperature so that may actually be the processor purposefully reporting it's temperature wrong, but to air on the safe side of things I would say that you should get an aftermarket cooler (preferably liquid) if you want to overclock it.
