I was replacing my exhaust fan on top of my case when I dropped one of the screws behind the mobo, so I un-plugged everything, took out the GPU and then the mobo, took our the screw and put the mobo back in and the GPU, connected everything up and when I went to start it, boom, boot loop. I did the common things, switched around ram, took our the GPU, cleared cmos, I un-plugged my LED lighting and fans incase they somehow were shorting out on something, still same results. The weird thing about this which makes me think it's no the GPU or mobo is when I connect the HDMI cable to the GPU, it says "HDMI not connected" on my monitor, but when I go to start it, it says "No signal", and when I turn it off or the boot loop turns it off, it goesback to HDMI not connected.
