Does NVIDIA Control Panel not exist anymore? I cant find or get it now please help.

I have removed and uninstalled all NVIDIA related things and reinstalled all drivers and it still is no on my PC. I have tried even reformatting my PC and reinstalling Windows 10 and than downloading the drivers and STILL does not exist. I can not find it anywhere on my PC :( Has NVIDIA removed it?

What? where do i find Control Panel? If you are telling me to search for Nvidia control panel than it does not pop up in windows search. If you are telling me that i can find it in Windows Control Panel than it is not there either. I know where it is supposed to be but its not there.
