Hi guys
I would like to know what is called the type of connection I have

I have an Arris modem and a NETGEAR router that is where the ethernet cable is connected to my pc

I clarify that my pc is not connected directly from the modem to the pc. But that the internet cable goes to the router and from the modem to my pc

What connection is that?

DSL, LAN, Dial Up, Wireless?

Thanks in advance

Solution
What model Arris Modem and what model Netgear router?

My thought would be:

ISP ----- coax cable ----> Arris Modem -----Ethernet cable------>[WAN Port] Netgear Router [LAN Ports] ---Ethernet cable ----> PC

But there is a second option:

DSL usually comes in and goes to a device referred to as a splitter or filter. Two wires come out of the splitter: one serves the telephone system and the other would go to an DLS modem.

It depends what is asking.
Often, a game server will ask what type of connection you have. This would be the connection to the outside world.
This would be to give them a general idea of the speed of your connection.

If you pay for DSL service, then you would say DSL.
