Hey I have never build a gaming pc and would like to join the community. I'm trying to play a variety of games such as Black Desert Online,Tera Rising,Cs:go,the witcher 3, etc... But I have no idea on what to get and looking to put the setting on the games for at least high. So if anyone has any advise on the build I'm looking for would really appreciate it.Thank you.

Kingston hyperx cloud core or SteelSeries 3H VR, both are priced $20 more than Logitech - G230 but worth it for better sound and mic.Find in newegg and amazon.

No. A build is a build, generally does not involve peripherals such as kb, mouse, monitor or even OS unless the Op states he needs them, or anything else. There's no way of telling just what op plans are, he could be hooked up with a college/Govt program and get windows cheap, could already have a monitor from his console, might plan on using his TV and have headphones anyway. What op asked for is a pc for less than $800, not a complete plug and play setup. If op needs all those too, should say so because that's $200-$300 difference all told, which can drastically change a lower budget build.

That's an $800 pc. If you want OS, monitor, kb, mouse, headphones etc expect $300+ to the total. If you need everything, you'd be seriously out of luck as your games choices won't work except on very low settings on a $500 build. Sorry, but pc's are expensive gaming.

I agree with you but with rx580 and ryzen 3 1300x there will only be a 10%fps reduction and i think that wont stop you from playing aaa titles smoothly at ultra settings 1080p + he gets a new 144hz free sync monitor. All within $800. What you say about that?

You can't OC the a 320 boards, so 2666MHz ram is iffy to work. It's also a measly 8Gb. You are putting everything on a 1Tb hdd. The case is minimal (and ugly (imho), an Rx580 on a 430w psu? That's pushing the limits. A straight 4c/4t cpu that's roughly at a i5-4690 level equivalent is going to suffer trying to get 144 or better fps in games like GTA:V or BF1 or Witcher 3, but'll work for cs:go. Basically you've shortchanged everything just to cram in a 144Hz monitor for cs:go, which is going to suffer anyways because players do not like waiting for ppl to drop using hdd etc, not to mention the added lag. Op'll be buttery smooth and dead all to often. I'd take a better cpu (i7-3770K) +ssd with a plain-jane 1080p 60Hz (which is what I run cs:go with at 300fps) and a nice case, respectable psu, every day over a faster refresh monitor that only benefits a few games.

Heh yeah, I love those ppl running 500+ lag, they are the easiest for me to shoot cuz my reaction times are so slow on the kb, anyone who has 30-50 like me tends to be already moving away after killing me before I get to aim at them. I'll purposely check the chart and hunt them down just so I can get at least 1 kill before dieing.
