I'm currently looking to upgarde my PC, I'm not sure what to upgrade without bottle necking, I'm aware that my PC is an older platform, but all games that I play run perfectly fine and even some new titles even run fine like NFS 2015 and Payback and also games like GTA V at 60 FPS or more, I even overclocked my GPU to the limit but decided to go back since I didn't really need the extra performance. I was looking to upgrade my GPU to something like GTX 950 or GTX 960, In my opinion 1050Ti isn't really a big upgrade from 750Ti and 1060 is out of my price range. The best CPU I could find for LGA 1155 is i7 3770 which I'm not sure if its worth buying and if I'll see a big performance gain.
Specs:
Gigabyte h61m-ds2
i5-2500
MSI GTX 750Ti
Crucial 2x4GB RAM
EVGA 430W PSU
Cooler Master Nepton 120XL CPU Cooler
x4 Corsair SP120 Case Fans
Samsung 750 EVO (120GB) SSD for Windows
Toshiba 1TB for mass storage

Solution
If the 1050 Ti is not enough of an upgrade. Why would you consider a GTX 950 or 960? The 1050 Ti is faster than either of them.

If you have enough money for the i7-3770. Instead sell the Motherboard, i5-2500 and RAM. Use that money plus the money for the i7-3770. Buy a new Motherboard, CPU and RAM.
