CPU and Motherboard temp. too high ?

So i'm having problems with my cpu and motherboard,here is a snap of it when its idle http://speccy.piriform.com/results/yI1OxU0WYt8BMVJBD6SOJf7 ..but when i enter a game like dota or fortnite both cpu and motherboard go to 75c and slowly rising over 80c ..my guess is that i need to replace them but just wanted to make sure..i cleaned my pc 2 days ago also reapplied thermal paste.. fans are working good,i honestly don't know whats wrong..i also got new gpu nvidia gtx 1060 6gb and its at 51c max in game.

yeah but it goes over 80 when im in game,should i just see to get new ones or theres something i can do about this other than cleaning and thermal paste? (i'm new to computers so i don't know stuff)
