Hello
I have a ups apc bx600c in
I was using it on my pc
Pentium g3258
Msi h81m p33
2 sata hdd 7200rpm
2x120mm fan
Seasonic s12 430w psu
Monitor samsung sync master 2359 24” power consumption 43 w

Everything working fine

I add gigabyte gtx 1050ti 4 gb

Now when power goes down ups Also goes down

I even remove monitor also
But it’s not able to provide backup

Solution

Sounds like either you've got a serious site wiring issue or something about the line voltage at your location is grossly out of specs. Do lights flicker or dim/brighten a lot when large loads turn on/off? If so, it could be a floating neutral issue and the only proper protection against that is having the site wiring fixed as a floating neutral is a threat to everything you've got plugged in and a potential fire hazard.

Plug something that uses 250-300W into the UPS but doesn't care about the power input stability (ex.: possibly a hairdryer on the lowest heat setting) and see if the UPS is able to handle that. If it can't, you may have a weak battery. If the UPS is definitely able to handle 250+W but the PC still shuts down, it could be because the UPS doesn't switch to battery fast enough to prevent the PSU from shutting down due to insufficient hold-up time which could also be compounded by the APFC circuit getting confused by the change in AC input waveform which is an issue with some PSUs. (No idea if this is the case with some of Seasonic's, mostly heard about APFC not playing nice with stepped approximation UPS in Delta-made PSUs.)

Those are my three best guesses.

it is not able to provide back up 150w devices

Wow. That is a VERY short time to be having problems. I would urge you to contact either the shop or the manufacturer as this unit is still in warranty.

they come and checked

now they are saying your pc is more than 360w its consuming more power

ups is good

you are putting more than 360w pressure on this one

Show them it can't backup 150w.
Just a thought, have you tested temporarily removing the video card? The max draw of your video card is 75w, although it rarely goes that high. The monitor was 43w. Maybe your system was right at the edge?

I know a stupid expensive fix. If you got the temps in the room cooler or replaced the PSU with a titanium rated Seasonic either should fix it.

My i5-3470 with 32GB of RAM, two HDDs, SSD, GTX1050, two external USB hubs and a bunch of accessories plugged in should be using quite a bit more power than your g3258 and I'm only hitting 240W under full load. There is no way your setup is over 300W unless you omitted a major piece of equipment connected to the UPS like a 100W halogen lamp.

If your UPS can connect to your PC over USB, use HWInfo or some other monitoring software to look at UPS load. I doubt you're breaking 200W under full load.

in battery mode it can give only 0.7Amp

and yes wiring is also issue

my room does not equipped with earth wiring

could that also be issue ???

microtek is saying you need online UPS this can`t run on like this

sorry for bad English

Grounding is mainly for safety reasons. Lack of it shouldn't repeatedly blow stuff up. If you're in India or other place with notoriously unstable power, you may want to look into some form of automatic voltage regulator to bring AC voltage within tighter specs before getting to the UPS.
