how to remove write protection in pen drive. i have already used many functions to remove write protection but not to solve my problems by using some functions and commands . so plzz help to solves my issues by removing write protection from my pen drive.......

Try the registry edit described under this heading - "6. Into the Registry We Go" in this article:

If that doesn't fix it, and the pen drive doesn't work on a different computer either, dump it and buy a new one.
They aren't expensive enough to spend hours trying to fix them. Not worth the hassle.
