Verify that all the existing charging connections are fully in place.

Try another charging cable if possible.

Try another charger.

How old is the battery? Maybe the battery is at EOL (End of Life).

By "cut off" you mean network, internet, the OS? Can you be more specific: e.g., the "signal" being wireless?

New problem? Any known recent updates?

Some power saving setting perhaps?

Any signs of overheating while charging?

About that video, I think it's available now, you can try it again.

Once it's plugged in for charging, to wall outlet or computer, shows an icon of battery, showing charging just for 2-3 sec max., then icon goes off, tablet stops receiving power, rests for a couple of seconds and then repeat all over again.

Can't make a measure of that temperature because charging is interrupted all the time.

Ok man.

I can verify right now that all connections are good.

Will try another cable, and spare charger.

How can we determine it's old battery?

I have this info, purchased in 2011, used activly for 2 years. Then it was on hold until 2015, and it was used frequently ever since.

Last time its was able to charge propery, it showed charged, but also big X accross battery, I remmember now.
