Hi, Im new to PC building here. Would you guys please give me suggestions of PC parts so I can build a gaming pc.
My budget is 1400$
(Not including the OS)
I already have the monitor and mouse.
I would like to go with a GTX 1070 or 1080

Please put the list what you have already e.g. monitor, keyboard, OS, etc.
Please put what country you are buying the parts and your plans for the PC (gaming, rendering, multimedia, etc.)
Country is important, $ is different from country to country e.g. SGD, USD, AUD, HKD, etc.

I'm not sure why you would suggest 2400MHz RAM. 2666MHz is standard for Coffee Lake, but with Z370 you can go much higher. 3200MHz is a sweet spot with Intel.
