I can't open folder from external hard drive since I formatted hdd

I was installed accidentally a game on my hdd,then I unninstalled and there was some files from game in hdd which I cant delete.Then I moved out all files from hdd and format him.When I bring all files on hdd,every folder I could open except one.I tried chkdsk /f,then I try right clik on hdd,properties,error checking but can not solve problem.Can anyone help? I'm sorry for my english,hope you can understand what I want to say.

I am not 100% sure I understand the question correctly, because you English is indeed a bit hard to read. It would really be helpful to know what error you are getting when you try to open the folder or delete the files.

You could try taking ownership of the folder. Either try this article https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753659(v=ws.11).aspx or try downloading the TakeOwnership tool.

1. External drive you are referring to is the HDD? Yes or No.
2. You installed game to the external drive? (You said HDD). Yes or No.
3. You "moved out all files on HDD". Was this the external drive? Yes or No.
4.You said "When I bring all files on HDD". Is this the external drive? Yes or No.
5. Is External drive an SSD or HDD?
