can i use this motherboard with 7th generation i5's

i was just wondering with MSI - B150A Gaming Pro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard if i want to get a 7th generation i5 can do i need a 6th generation cpu to update it to accept the 7th generation or am I wrong? im wanting to use this with an i5 7400.

Yes, you will probably need a BIOS update to support 7th gen Intel chips. If you are lucky, the mb may already have new BIOS. I suggest you buy the MB from a pc shop so they can update BIOS for you, or ask a pc shop if they can update BIOS for you with small cost if needed.

i was planning on buying it from an online retailer as there are very few PC stores in my country
