I have the Win 7 Pro disk with genuine product Key and after installing it on my computer, it keeps looping and refuses to get to desktop normally. I can get to it via safe mode but when I restart it then has two options. Startup repair(recommended) or Start Windows normally. Tried normally a couple of times, bringing me back that screens selections. So, I ran the Startup repair choice and after an hour(at least) of watching that Blue box in the bar go across and across, it finally asked for a restart, which I did and, lo and behold, right back to the loop. Anyone out there have any suggestions for a fix(and please don't suggest anything to do with a command prompt-I can't get to desktop. I thank you for all ideas.
