First of all im new to this forum. Title says it all. I was wondering whether or not this is possible. I have really struggled to find info about this processor apart from intel's website. Supposedly you shouldn't be able to modify voltages and frequencies on a non K intel. However, all core multipliers and voltages on the BIOS are completely unlocked in this cpu, as well as the stock power limit. So what gives? Does that mean it can be overclocked? I wonder if single core turbo frequency could be achieved on all cores.
Thanks in advance.

System Specs:
EVGA 600B
Gigabyte Z97X-SLI
Hyper 212X
8GB ram

You may be able to change it in BIOS but it will not take effect (or at least it's not suppose to.) You can however use base clock (BCLK) overclocking to overclock a locked CPU. This increases the base clock but does not change the multiplier. BCLK affects the CPU, system RAM, and PCIe. It is more difficult than simply increasing the multiplier.
