So I have upgraded nearly all of my computer components in order to fix this problem. The only thing I havent replaces is my RAM, which no scan has detected a problem with

I have done everything else. Even wiped and reinstalled W7 ultimate twice. Recently I got my new graphics card and the same thing has happened. Also, it is not a heat issue. Temps are around 50 on full load.

990fx killer motherboard
GTX 1050 ti GPU
AMD fx 8320 8 core
12g RAM
(cant remember the PSU but its a really good, strong one that I also replaced)

So, this most often happens with BF1. Game freezes and message reads, BF1 has stopped working, then I get this event error :

Faulting application name: bf1.exe, version: 1.0.51.22728, time stamp: 0x59d5acb9
Faulting module name: nvwgf2umx.dll, version: 22.21.13.8569, time stamp: 0x59bd5949

Does anyone have any clue what this means please?

Yeah I can usually figure this stuff out after a couple of months but this is ridiculous and having kids constantly wanting my attention doesn’t help speed up the diagnosis

MERGED QUESTION
Question from chanratt : "help me Obi Wan"

I have posted about this problem a few times but this is where im at now.

ill start with my sys info:

windows 7 ult 64
ASrock 990fx killer
Nvidea GTX 1050ti
Seasonic 620w
16gb dual channel DDR3
AMD FX 8320 8 core
1TB WD HD
500gb wd hd

So im having random game ceashes when playing, in particular, demanding games: BF1, Star Wars BF, Fallout $, Far Cry 4. This has been going on forever and I keep thinking its

this component or that component....I've replaced every part in my PC now thinking each part was the culprit and the same thing keeps happening. I have, of course, reinstalled

windows multiple times, formatted hard drives; spyware and virus scans; rolled back and updated drivers; cleaned registry; uninstalled the offending games and reinstalled

them; But it keeps happening and ive spent a fortune trying to fix this.
It's not the temps either. Nothing gets above 50-60 C under heavy load. I'm seriously thinking of giving up and going the dreaded console route if I cant firgure this out.
One error I get is simply, for example, BF1 has stopped working. This is one I found in evnt viewer for Star Wars:

Faulting application name: starwarsbattlefront.exe, version: 1.0.7.64833, time stamp: 0x586bb774
Faulting module name: starwarsbattlefront.exe, version: 1.0.7.64833, time stamp: 0x586bb774

Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\STAR WARS Battlefront\starwarsbattlefront.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\STAR WARS Battlefront\starwarsbattlefront.exe
Report Id: 907e6c89-cc05-11e7-9cc9-d05099876a22

Then this:
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: bf1.exe
Application Version: 1.0.51.47047
Application Timestamp: 59fa9b9f
Fault Module Name: bf1.exe
Fault Module Version: 1.0.51.47047

Can anyone please tell me what could be going on?

I think I may have figured it out. I bought a copy of driver booster and ran it. Turns out tons of my drivers, which I thought windows update took care of, are out of date. Ill check back to confirm. If this is the case I'm very much a noob, but I ended up with a pretty decent system :)
