MOBO CPU COMBO - Intel 7th Gen Intel Core Desktop Processor i7-7700K w/ Intel Optane Memory Module 16 GB PCIe M.2 80mm & ASUS ROG Maximus IX Code LGA1151 DDR4 DP HDMI M.2 Z270 ATX Motherboard\
Cooler - Hyper 212 evo
PSU - Corsair CX Series 750 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Modular Power Supply (CP-9020061-NA)
Storage - Same moving them over but adding 2 tb possibly of whatever.

Ok thats the new parts, and im moving RAM and Storage from the old system over. Will I have any issues, and would any of you make any different recommendations.

Also I would really love a compatible cpu fan, thats RGB but also easy to install, because the hyper 212 evo I havent had a great time with before, reccomendations?

psu is not very good. Are you sure your old ram is ddr4? If ddr3, incompatible. Get coffee lake if you have the budget!

My old ram is vengeance LPX ddr4 it is perfectly fine. I was wondering if I could get coffee lake with maybe a bit of a better MOBO. And its 1151 correct?

Yes 1151, but only Z370 MB can support coffee lake right now and is not backward compatible.

Why do you think Kaby lake is the good choice? You can not upgrade anymore with that Z270 MB!
Z370 MB can still support next 1-2 gen! If you don't have the budget, get I5-8600k then.
