Hello there!
To give you a small background and to preface this post, here's a little bit about me.
I'm 18. I run a small YouTube channel, which results in me editing videos through editing software, (or try to) I make music, and play some decent games. Or try... again... in most cases.
I have this PC which is around 8 years old or so. It's the best I have right now.
I thought it would be a worthy investment to just expand its memory rather than upgrade every component, seeing as the entirety of the computer still works well.
I have the following motherboard:
132-YW-E178-FTW
I saw that it's only compatible with DDR2 memory, but can hold up to twice the RAM that I currently have installed.
I'm not sure if I know enough to get myself around a computer when I have the parts right in front of me, but I definitely know my knowledge is insufficient to make an informed decision.
The types of RAM available today are somewhat confusing to me, so I'd like some help in getting the best RAM possible for my PC.
Thank you!
