Why do i lag in games when my pc have really good specs compared to what i play...

I just bought a new laptop, lenovo ideapad 110 but i get like 13 fps in watch dogs on the lowest settings.

My specs are
Processor:AMD A9-4900 Radeon R5,5 Compute cores 2C+3G 2.40 GHz
Installed memory (Ram) : 8.00GB (7.11GB usable)
System type:64 bit operating system, x64 based processor

Is it normal that im getting 13 fps on watch dogs or does my laptop have a problem

Well actually it doesn't have that good of specs.

CPU is a dual core and has old architecture
GPU is an ancient AMD R5 which is a £30 internal GPU.

You don't have a powerful dedicated GPU just an old low profile R5.

That's an office laptop.

The only comparison I can find show that the minimum requirements GeForce GTX 460 is many times higher than AMD Radeon R5, 5 Compute Cores 2C+3G graphics. Integrated in the AMD A9 APU. So, you are way under the minimum requirements. Finding direct comparisons between integrated and discreet graphics is difficult. With such an age gap, very difficult. The numbers suggest, at least, a huge performance advantage for the GTX 460.

The reviews on this laptop were pretty nice. so i thought it was a good laptop

. some even said that gta 5 in low settings can be played on this laptop so i just thought it was a good laptop.. awwwwwwwwwww

Well for this day and age it isnt even high on the chart, or even on the chart.

To play GTA 5 at high settings or more your looking at a £600 build.

Also why does anyone even buy a game just to play on low
