High pitched noise coming from PC under load

Hey guys,

I recently put together a new build and to be completely honest, it has been nothing but trouble. Literally issue after issue. Long story short, I had to swap out the original PSU I chose for the build (EVGA 650w B3) as it was causing a few issues when overclocking the CPU. Ever since then, I've noticed a high pitched noise when the computer is under load (rendering, gaming, bench marking etc.)

I recorded a video capturing the sound during a Cinebench test. As soon as the test is complete, the sound goes away completely.

Specs:
Case: NZXT S340 Elite
Motherboard: ASRock B350 Pro4
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.85GHz [OC]
Cooler: NZXT Kraken X62
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2666Hz [OC]
Graphics card: EVGA GTX1070 8GB SC
Storage: HyniX 250GB SSD, Samsung Evo 250GB SSD, Seagate BarraCuda 3TB 7200RPM
Power supply: Corsair RM750X
Miscellaneous: NZXT Hue+ LED Kit

I've build half a dozen PC's over the last 10 years, and this is the first time I've ever had an issue like this. Can anyone shed some light on what could possibly be the problem?

EDIT: Seem to have isolated the source, it's coming from the PSU.

It does sound like coil whine. I am not the most qualified person to answer, but from what ive seen other people have had the same sound from their systems. Try to narrow it down to one part, and then call the costumer support for that manufacture and ask if they will rma parts that have coil whine.
