I came home today and turned on my computer. Noticing how unusually slower it was I looked over to my PC window and the mobo showed 99c.
The day before that everything was running smoothly.
I cleaned up my H100i and dusted it off. Turned it back on. Now it was at a still fairly high 60c - 80c idle. I checked Corsair Link and the icon for the water pump was flashing red.
Before getting a new CPU cooler I just wanted to confirm if it is a pump failure.
Or is there anything I could with my current water cooler?
SPECS
i5 4690k @ base clock
H100i GTX
MSI R9 390
MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard
16 gb RAM
650 W PSU
*EDIT*: This is the second time I've encountered this issue. The first time, it somehow solved itself before whilst troubleshooting. I heard some noise come out of, what sounded like the H100i's pump, and the temperature went down
But it doesnt seem to be solving itself this time
