Drive caddy , hotswap, question

Hi can you help me . Is there such a thing I can swap my dvd drive out and put in a hard drive and then swap it back out again without having to open up the pc each time. I watch DVDs and I have 3 data hard drives that I can't fit in the pc so if there was a way to swap out my DVD drive and put a hard drive in use it then put the DVD drive back would be great.

USB dvd drive would be a pointless spend , as I have a dvd drive already and that still leaves the 3 hard drives not being used , and I was hoping I would not have to add a extra power plug and have it in the case.
