Best b250 board

Hey,my uncle asked me to help him to build a new pc build since his old rig about ten years old or more
i know that he will do some normal work like:watch video from youtube,let his kid to do school work
most of time.
So,i am going to plan to use i5 7500 from intel because it don't need a extra gpu to work normally.
Here is the question:which b250 motherboard is worth it for him?
-GA-B250M-HD3
-Msi H110M PRO-VD PLUS
-Asus PRIME B250M-A
-Msi B250M PRO-VDH

PS: despite i come up some idea for his build,i still want to listen you guys to choose a quality build to him.The amd ryzen vs intel i5,which is better??about 400 us dollars

is there any different about GA-B250M-HD3 , Asus PRIME B250M-A and Msi B250M PRO-VDH
they are all b250 board.

Not really each class of boards has basically the same specs Gigabyte is decent too.

Gigabyte's board say:they are all durable;Asus's board say:they have high protection
kinda of confuse to me
which one that you prefer the most
