So this is my first time chaning any components of the pc, i got myself a "i5 3330" after putting the thermal paste and 20mins of putting on a cooler xd i finally got it BUT after launching windows my temperatures are awfull..
80 degrees while idle and 90-98 when doing anyhing just a bit intensive, so i tried to reapply the thermal paste again after cleaning the old one from the cooler and cpu but it was still the same.

QUESTIONS :

1. Is my cooler "e97379-001" even enough for my new CPU?

2. Is it possible that guy i bought the cpu from gave me a high temp cpu(if thats even a thing)

3. If its none of the above I'm pretty sure i seated my cooler wrongly, so how could i check if that's the case?

Or if any of you have other suggestions please write them below :)

I don't think you can apply thermal paste wrongly twice unless you applied it on something else :) That cooler is not very good anyway, you may consider evo 212. BTW, what is your case and how many case fans? Could be too hot in your case as well. If not, cooler is not working properly or too weak.
