So I want to buy new ram, and I don't know actual specs of before one, it says something in CPU-Z, but still, help please.

It would be best to buy a new 8 or 16GB kit. Speccy will offer the model number so you can buy an identical module. Just be aware that we've fielded a fair number of questions asking why the RAM they added, with identical specs., isn't working. Only modules sold in kits are guaranteed to be compatible.

Your running DDR3 1600mhz. right now , it will show as 800mhz in software , but its DDR = Double Data Rate ram so you multiply X2 \ 800x2=1600.
