Looking for help to get rid of virus

My computer for years now has had a virus on it where I can't access even using it and types commas by itself into the search bar. I don't know what I downloaded to try and fix something those years ago but it's ruined my computer

goto bleepingcomputer.com and download run
jrt => adwcleaner => reboot => roguekiller
reset your browser after to be sure you get rid of all junk / hijacking .
