Fans not working of my GPU. Everything described in description. Need help immediately.

hi guys. Got my new pc today. I placed my graphics card GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX 1050TI in it. And this all happens:

1.When i press the cpu power on button the fans of the graphic card spins for about 4 secs and then stops. Well i haven't installed any drivers...... maybe this is causing the fans to be stopped.....

If your PC continues to boot, don't worry. Heat the card up and they should start.

I your PC does not continue to boot.
Your PC is failing post. This means either your CPU, graphics card, 1st stick of ram or motherboard is not doing what it should.
It is not driver related. Remove everything from your PC. (take photos) Remove every disk, and peripheral.
If it has on-board video, use that. Then with the smallest amount of ram it supports, boot.
